Education of population needs to be regular and continual and this service needs to be covered by public relations campaign, aimed at medias and institutions related to health issues. That's how we expect to promote healthy lifestyles and healthy family and inter-human relations, as bases for prosperous and successful society. One of the reasons for this is our determination to avoid discriminatory behavior towards HIV+ persons and to help them find their place in society to which they are entitled. Discriminatory behavior should be marked as negative attitude that is not helping resolving status of these persons, which are entitled to their human rights by Constitution and international conventions on human rights.
