Vladan Golubović

Born on 13 February 1979 in Podgorica, Montenegro. Graduated from the Faculty of Administrative and European Studies (FDES) in Podgorica, Public Administration Law and European Affairs. He completed specialization studies in the area of State and Law Affairs at the FDES. One of the founders of CAZAS, and thus was dealing with the public health work during most of his career. From 1999 till 2008 he was covering the positions of Programme Coordinator and Programme Manager, being in charge for the overall programmatic work of CAZAS. From 2008 till 2013 he served as UNAIDS Focal Point with the United Nations Coordination Office/ UNDP Country Office in Podgorica, Montenegro, and in the UN Secretariat in Vienna, Austria, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), covering the position of International Consultant. Since 2013 he is working part-time as Freelance Consultant. Author and co-author of numerous publications published by CAZAS. Through memberships in working groups he participated in developing several strategic documents in Montenegro. 

Since 2014 he is covering the position of Executive Director at NGO CAZAS.


                                                                                        Jelena Mugoša

 Born in 1981. in Podgorica. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Niksic on the Department of English Language and Literature. Currently, she is on master studies at the Faculty of Economics at the direction of Organizational Management. As a graduate student back in 2006 she started working in NGO CAZAS where she initially worked as a project manager and since 2008 she started as a financial manager. She has participated in numerous national and international seminars. She is interested in: Economy and EU funds, preparation and management of projects financed from EU funds, human resources, public relations and event organization. She speaks English and has basic knowledge of Italian.


                        Sanja Šišović

 Sanja joined CASAS in 2006 as volunteer of the Youth Club, and later was active as a trainer, coordinator and mentor of youth club. As an economist, she works at the position of program manager from April 2013. She is activist in the field of health and human rights for a long time. Through membership in the working group of the Ministry of Health of Montenegro participated in the preparation of the "National Strategy for HIV / AIDS in Montenegro 2015-2019". She successfully participated in a lot of seminars and trainings on marketing, management, PR, event management, developing interpersonal skills, public speaking and communication. Her free time she usually spends organizing cultural and musical events. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish, and understands French.



                                                                                          Boris Dabetić

Born on 19th August 1991 in Podgorica. He graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, course Applied Computing. He joined CAZAS back in high school through peer education program. After many years of activism in the area of peer education on HIV/AIDS and reproductive health, now he is active in CAZAS as IT assistant. He speaks English.
